Scope and provider
These terms apply to the WP-Expenses apps and web app of Waterproof digital media design GmbH, Eggenrain 16, 5444 Künten. By using WP-Expenses you accept these terms.
Service
With WP-Expenses, employees record expenses and receipts, managers approve them, and companies can transfer them to accounting. Values read from receipts are suggestions and must be checked.
Company responsibilities
The company is responsible for its settings, expense policy, accounting and keeping its records. WP-Expenses doesn’t replace tax or legal advice.
Access
Companies give people their accounts. Keep your password secret.
Prices
Terms for companies are agreed directly with us. Employees pay us nothing.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We run the service with care but can’t guarantee it is always available. As far as the law allows, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is the seat of the provider, subject to mandatory jurisdictions. Contact: support@waterproof.li
